  • We take pride in offering a wide selection of amenities to fit within any budget. Customer satisfaction is our main priority.
  • Our new homes are built upon poured concrete walls and come with a 15-year, no leak basement manufacturer warranty.
  • We use energy efficient Bryant heating systems designed to accomodate each home, high R-value fiberglass insulation in our walls, as well as energy star rated windows and doors to maximize the comfort and cost effectiveness of each home.
  • We install dimensional roofing shingles that have a 110 m.p.h. wind resistance rating and a limited lifetime warranty by the manufacturer and a 5 year labor and material warranty by the installers.
  • All of our custom built new homes come with a one year home owner's warranty. We provide a 90 day and 12 month service appointment.
  • We also provide a wide selection of interior design options such as custom designed kitchens, on site flooring selections, and quality plumbing and lighting fixtures. Building a quality custom home ensures the happiness of our customers.
